In the rare event that your order from KMR WoodWorks is built inaccurately or has a defect as per our cosmetic standard, we will replace the furniture and address the issue promptly. Our furniture is crafted using high-quality solid wood with a distressed and reclaimed appearance. We take pride in the handmade characteristics of our furniture and do not consider them as defects. Additionally, if any items are damaged during transit, KMR WoodWorks will provide replacements, given that the damage is properly noted upon delivery as instructed.

Please understand that due to the considerable costs associated with manufacturing, packaging, and freight charges, we are unable to accommodate returns or offer refunds for orders based on buyer's remorse.
